      All is said by my fellow fieldtrippers...

      An amazing time we had in The Gambia

      I’m aware this may sound like an Academy Award acceptance speech, but I would like to thank a couple of people (don’t worry I won’t get too religious, sentimental, etc), in random order:

      My colleagues at TNT Sameday for filling in my spot this coming week, Hanny, Hilde, Janny, Jen, Manuela, Marcel, Ludovick and Tim for joining me on this fieldtrip to The Gambia, all the people who made the effort to reply on my first blog via the comments or e-mail, my girlfriend & my mom and dad, the WFP staff in The Gambia and of course Karin Kalpoe for making all the arrangements, finding every answer on all our pre-Fieldtrip questions and her commitment.

      All this makes me happy, proud and humble to see, feel and realize that even in a so called time of a crises, we together can reach out to the ones in need in a respectful, sustainable way.
