Topcooks for Homecooks
Today, on World Food Day, TNT Mail Netherlands launches the second edition of the cookery book Topkoks voor Thuiskoks (Topcooks for Homecooks) to raise money for WFP’s School Feeding Programme.
Topkoks voor Thuiskoks is a unique cookery book which contains world-class recipes for every week of the year. Fifty-two national and international top-level cooks revealed the recipes of their favourite dishes. Amongst the cooks are Nigella Lawson, Herman den Blijker and Jamie Oliver.
Last year’s edition of the cookery book raised an amazing € 500,000. This year TNT Mail Netherlands is determined to double this amount to at least one million euro. The raised money will be used to support WFP’s School Feeding Programme. Every sold book will fund no less than forty WFP school meals.
