TNT est depuis 2002 un partenaire actif du Programme Alimentaire Mondial (PAM) des Nations Unies. Le PAM, la plus grande organisation humanitaire au monde, apporte chaque année une aide alimentaire à 190 millions de personnes, dont 56 millions d'enfants, dans plus de 80 pays. Ce n'est malheureusement pas suffisant car lutter contre la faim est une tâche immense. Aujourd'hui, près d’un être humain sur sept se couche le ventre vide et 854 millions de personnes manquent de nourriture. La faim et la malnutrition sont les plus grands risques pour la santé au niveau mondial.

WFP is dependent on voluntary donations from governments and other parties to fund their life-saving work. The focus on saving lives can restrict investment in other areas like management systems and training. These areas are crucial to a commercial company's efficiency and effectiveness. more
