I\'ve been in TNT for coming 6 years. I was stationed in the TNT SINHUB for 4 years managing the Warehouse Operations with approximately 20 men under my wing.

These warehouse operations encompass express & logistics movement. Beside man management, resource planning, continual process improvement etc I was also involved in the SINHUB warehouse expansion, WTW event & other activities (for eg. 2004 AD&D).

Since 2006 Jan, I\'ve moved on to this new role Express Distribution Operation. In this new role, my responsibilities is to ensure all OPS stakeholders (PUD, HUB & Destination) are capable in fulfilling the expected Service Level Agreement (SLA) prior concluding the contract with customer. Thereafter, my team is responsible in maintaining the agreed SLA, process continual improvement & SOP updating.

I\'m also responsible in getting the non-system delivery & clearance cost in destination for commercial pricing.
