Mr. Dhananjay Parkhe is a professional with over 35 years of experience in banking, chemicals, fertilizers and express distribution businesses. He graduated in Agricultural Sciences a with Honors and did his Masters in Applied Economics. An alumnus of the Institute of Management Development and Research Pune, ( Marketing Management) SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, BCAS (Certified Independent Director) and ISB Hyderabad ( Executive Coaching). Has obtained various online certifications Jay worked as a Profit centre head for a Dutch Multinational in New Delhi, Mumbai (11 years), India prior to doing a short 3 year stint as an entrepreneur, headhunting, training, coaching and speaker engagements,and was an indenting agent for water treatment chemicals. He is interested in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. He has Mentored over 100 successful start ups and enterpreneurs and helped his juniors and direct reports. Many of his Ex-Direct reports occupy key positions in TNT India and abroad as also in Indian and MNC Express, Logistics, Insurance, Banking companies. In March 2007 Jay was appointed as Director CSR and Quality to looks after Corporate Social Responsibility and Quality; a portfolio which includes apart from CSR; Corporate Sustainability, Business Excellence, Business Strategy, Risk Management and Security, Special Projects, Public Affairs and Media Planning in India. He is responsible for the Quality Accreditations like ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, SA 8000 and TAPA Certifications apart from the Investor in People standard. In 2009 he is TNT India's Director CSR-Security and Public Affairs. He was a visiting Professor in Symbiosis Institute of Business Management at Pune, India where he taught Entrepreneurship, business planning and Balanced scorecard.. He has undergone training with Dr. Marshall Goldsmith in Executive Coaching and Peer Mentoring. He was a Member of the Governing body of India's premier Management Institute - Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. Jay ( as he is fondly called) offered an online business planning course for Symbiosis MBA students on Harvard Online website. His passion is Executive Coaching and Mentoring and his favorite quote is " Learning never ends". He is a Life Member of the National HRD Network of India, New Delhi Chapter and was a Member of the National Executive committee of Express Industry Council of India. He represents his company on Federation of Indian chambers of Commerce and Industry FICCI on their Joint Business Councils (European) , Confederation of Indian Industry, European Services Forum etc. as a member.
